     Every week the Cloud Gate Consulting colleagues get together and pick a person that has earned the title of "leader of the week". Leader of the week is not just given to the person with the highest sales or biggest achievements, but to a person who has been working hard and helpful around the office as well. This weeks leader of the week was awarded to Katie Walter. During Katie's recognition gathering she shared a motivational video with the rest of the colleagues. She showed a clip of a young girl from America's Got Talent. The little girl was 13 years old and was an opera singer. When she came out on stage she was shaking and frazzled.  None of the judges had faith that her voice was any good, but that did not stop her. This young girl proved not only to the judges but to herself that she could get past her fear.
